We ship all our handmade products with care from Louisiana. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

All orders ship within 3-5 business days, as each product is blended, packaged, and prepared by hand. During restocks, holidays, or large order volumes, processing may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are $7 flat-rate shipping, or Free Shipping on orders $50 or more! Currently, there is no rush shipping option.

3. Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times depend on the carrier and location.

4. Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but can’t be found:

• Check with neighbors

• Check alternative delivery locations

• Contact the carrier directly
  If you're still unable to locate it, email us and we’ll do our best to help.

7. International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
