We are a small, family-run business and want you to fully enjoy your LullaBayou products. Below is our simple, straightforward return policy.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and personal-care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

We may accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at lullabayoubathco@gmail.com with your order number.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We will make it right with a replacement or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
